Reagan Stallings

M.A., Resident in Counseling

Reagan is a compassionate counselor, approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Resident in Counseling. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and another in Forensic and Legal Psychology, both from Marymount University.

With a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being, Reagan takes a comprehensive approach to counseling, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parts work, play therapy, and person-centered therapy.

Throughout her time as a clinician, Reagan has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as trauma, grief, substance use, anxiety, depression and more. Her experience allows her to adapt her approach to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the support required to navigate their personal experiences.

Having grown up in a military household, Reagan is devoted to helping the military community. She is particularly passionate about supporting veterans, service members, and their families on their healing journey, understanding firsthand the unique challenges their families may face.

Reagan is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and empowered to work through their difficulties. With her warm, tailored approach, Reagan strives to help each client reach their fullest potential.
