My great passion is to bring healing to people who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences. I support my clients who include teens, adults and families find healthy perceptions of themselves while strengthening their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. 

I know that no single approach is the right one for any individual. I have been trained in a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems. Sex Therapy Informed, EMDR and Person Center to help fit the needs of my clients. 

My educational background includes a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a BA in Criminal Just from Liberty University. My educational training has led to a lifelong dedication of advocacy for my clients. I strive to use research, psychoeducation and evidenced based techniques to enhance the counseling process.
